lowest is obviously 0 per section, but you would have to literally do NOTHING to get that. The highest score possible is 800 per section, making a total of 2400. The Essay is ranked out of 12.

There are 3 test sections: Critical Reading, Mathematics, Writing. Each section has a possible score of 200-800. Therefore, the highest combined score is 2400 and the lowest combined score is 600.

There are 3 sections, each worth a possible 800 points, so it is possible to score a 2400. (Some colleges only look at the math and critical reading to get an idea of what your score would have been on the old scale that was out of 1600 possible points)
