That question reminds me of Hitler, the dictator who was in a similar state after the first world war. He founded a fascist Nazi party, overthrew the government and ruled Germany for a considerable amount of time. And all he had was the drive and ambition you mentioned you have.As long as you don't invade Russia you should be good.

Find something you're passionate about. Your chance of success increase when you're prepared to put more into a new venture than you want to take out.The harder you work, the luckier you'll get!

Seriously, if you're really interested in starting a business, think about what you're passionate about. After you figure this out, do a lot of research, figure out your competition (that is important), figure out what your going to sell and how you will trump your competition - or look at it from what you are going to do that your competition can't or won't offer.

Draw up a business plan, marketing plan and try to create real "conservative" financial projections (you can find balance sheets and other projection basics online).

After that, take your idea on the road, pitch it to venture capitalists (well probably not, but you can look for "angel" investors that will fund small projects). You might even go to your potential competition and pitch it as an offshoot...

It takes a lot of research, but you can do it with nothing. Most people that will give you money for your business (besides banks) will count sweat equity (the time you put in converted to money) as a contribution to the overall business...

One thing, make sure you incorporate, at least as an LLC (or LLP) and if you can find one that will do a little pro-bono work, talk to an attorney.

Let me know if any of this helps...

this is america...you can do anything you want....including starting a business with no money.

all you have to do is think about it.......

sub contracting is your best option......

for example, i pay people to get me leads for my business.....they don't need any money....to make money.
